Stay Period
Weekend: Friday afternoon 3:00 PM to Monday morning 10:00 AM.
Midweek: Monday afternoon 3:00 PM to Friday morning 10:00 AM.
Week: Friday afternoon 3:00 PM to Friday morning 10:00 AM.

Rental Periods
The cottages are rented during the pre and post-season also for weekends, midweeks, or weeks. During the high season, the beach houses are only rented per week.

Smoking and Pets
We keep our cottages smoke and pet-free.

Security Deposit
The security deposit is: €150 and must be paid in advance during the reservation. The deposit will be refunded to your account within 7 working days after departure.

Parking

• Within 200 meters, there is a parking garage where you can park your car. The parking card is available at the machine in the parking garage.
• 1 parking card per reservation per cottage is available.

Cleaning
The beach cottage must be left swept clean and with clean dishes upon checkout.

Other Information
Your reservation includes:

• Duvets
• Pillows
• 2 beach chairs, 2 sun loungers, and a parasol
• Gas, water, and electricity

The following costs will be calculated during your reservation:

• Linen package €15,- per person (mandatory)
  The linen package includes everything to make your bed along with a large and a small towel.
• Towel package €6,- (optional)
• Final cleaning €75,- (mandatory)
• Tourist tax 2024 €2.15 per night per person
• Kitchen package including: dishcloth, dish brush, dishwasher tablet, hand towel, and tea towel
• High chair €10,-
• Crib €10,-
